We do not remove or work on other salons / nail technicians work including: Acrylic/Gel Nails and Eyelashes Extensions.
Please ensure that on your first appointment you attend with ‘Natural Nails’ and ‘Clean Eye Lashes ‘
Please ensure you have had a patch test if required – Failure to do so will mean you are refused your treatment.
We DO NOT offer refunds on our treatments / services.
Please be aware by making an appointment with us you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
House of Luxxe Salon and School reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the provisions below.
We require a 50% booking fee on all services.
This is deducted from your final balance on attendance.
If the booking fee isn’t paid 48 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled without warning.
For appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total – the booking fee.
48 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, any less than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge your card for the full balance. Should insufficient funds be available you will be blocked from booking until the monies due are paid.
Cancellations should be made by calling or messaging us as soon as you are aware you cannot attend.
You cannot cancel online in the 24 hour period prior to your appointment.

PATCH TESTING – PATCH TESTS NEEDED ARE PRIOR TO SOME APPOINTMENTS
48 hours – Hair Colours, Perm
24 – 48 hours – HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions, Lash Lift,
48 – 72 hours – Eyebrow Tint and Lash Tint
NO CORRECT PATCH TEST = NO TREATMENT
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive on time to a treatment.
We reserve the right not to provide the treatment if you are too late. We allow a 15 minute lateness window before your appointment is set to a no show, once you are set to a no show we reserve the right to charge your card in full for the treatment.
Unfortunately we may have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment in the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment
CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE & HEALTH CONDITIONS
All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Questionnaire form before our therapist can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Questionnaire every 6 months so that we can update our records
BEFORE AND AFTERCARE

You must be 13 or over to receive beauty treatments. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent. Parental / written consent may also be required.
Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 whilst you are receiving certain treatments.
We respectfully ask for clients not to bring children under 10 years of age to their appointments.
If your appointment requires closed eyes or is due to last longer than 20 minutes your child/children must be supervised by another adult during your treatment.
We do not allow children to sit on your lap / desk / treatment chairs whilst treatments are carried out.
You may be charged in full for an appointment that cannot go ahead due to this reason.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
While we endeavour to keep our website and price lists updated, treatments and prices are subject to change without warning.
Please note that it is illegal to smoke or vape anywhere in the Salon.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Most credit and Debit Cards are accepted and Cash.
REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS
We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send back to the manufacturer for review.
PURCHASE OF RETAIL PRODUCTS
Beauty/Hair products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
REFUND POLICY – SERVICES
Our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists / hairdressers.
If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of the therapist / hairdresser and follow the complaints procedure (detailed below)
We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the services that they receive at House of Luxxe.
However, we recognise that on occasions things can go wrong. If this does happen we will try to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises how to bring things to our attention if you are not happy about the service that you have received.
We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate action is taken to prevent a recurrence.
The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with the therapist. They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to correct any problems.
All complaints need to be documented in writing via email email@example.com
Please provide as much detail as possible, including details of your treatment, date and time of your appointment and your exact complaint.
Your complaint will be assessed and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint in writing
